Mexico’s President has announced new measures to regulate trucks transporting liquid petroleum gas. A container truck blew up in the capital last month, killing 25 people. But many countries don’t use gas trucks at all. Underground pipe systems are commonly used to transport large quantities of liquid petroleum.
