Violent police crackdown in Tanzania: Protesters call for electoral reform & fair elections

Confrontations between protesters and police in Tanzania have turned violent again, as anger boils over a presidential election that many are calling a sham. Opposition politicians say more than 160 people have been killed in a police crackdown over two days of demonstrations. President Samia Suluhu Hassan is expected to win another five years in office, while two opposition leaders were barred from running.
