Over a dozen Marcy Correctional Facility officers have been suspended without pay after New York Attorney General Letitia James released a disturbing series of body-cam recordings showing corrections officers beating defenseless inmate Robert Brooks to death in an examination room of the prison’s infirmary wing. So far, no charges have been filed against any of the perpetrators as well as the multiple officers who refused to step up and put an end to the brutal assault. Rick Strom breaks it down.
