A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s attempt to place most of the US foreign aid agency’s employees on paid leave.
The legal challenge brought by the workers union says the order is unconstitutional.
For more than six decades, USAID has been one of the largest providers of humanitarian assistance worldwide.
