Vietnam’s war legacy: From Khe Sanh to Saigon, stories of loss, survival and final victory

Wednesday marks the 50th anniversary of the fall of Saigon and the end of the Vietnam War, a conflict that exposed the limits of American power abroad.
The event will be marked with ceremonies across the country, commemorating the sacrifice of the more than three million people who died.
