Australian agency Koichi Takada Architects has amazed readers with its design for an residence block that options retractable slatted picket screens and skinny balconies that reference the type of a pine cone.

The heritage-listed Norfolk pine bushes surrounding its website gave the mission its title, Norfolk, and knowledgeable the design strategy.

One commenter stated, “This architect is a breath of recent air”.
