Australia’s Olympic champion Jakara Anthony has received gold within the season-opening World Cup moguls occasion in Finland.

Anthony scored 81.69 in Ruka to sit down comfortably away from French rival Perrine Laffont on 78.33, with Japan’s Anri Kawamura third on the identical rating.
It was the 24-year-old Victorian’s first win in Ruka, following her gold-medal triumph in February on the Beijing Winter Olympics.
“To kick off the season with the win and the yellow bib is fairly huge,” Anthony stated.
