EL PASO, Texas (AP) — U.S. Customs and Border Safety has deactivated the company’s Twitter account for the West Texas area after it retweeted posts criticizing President Joe Biden’s border insurance policies and preferred posts that made homosexual slurs in opposition to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
CBP Commissioner Chris Magnus posted a tweet late Saturday saying the company “has turn out to be conscious of unauthorized and inappropriate content material” that was posted on the @CBPWestTexas Twitter account.
