A ten-year-old boy who fell from a 100ft cliff close to Brighton on Saturday is in a critically in poor health situation, police say.
Sussex Police stated the boy, who was not from the world, suffered “severe accidents” after falling from a cliff in Ovingdean – a small village within the east of Brighton and Hove.
Emergency providers had been known as to the cliff face at 5pm on Saturday evening to a report of an individual “falling from a peak”.
The injured boy, who is assumed to have been on a go to to the East Sussex coast, was airlifted to hospital, the place he stays.
The power stated that enquiries into the boy’s fall are ongoing.
The ten-year-old and his household are receiving help from officers.
Sussex Police stated in a press release: “Police responded to a report of a boy falling from peak in Ovingdean, at about 5pm on Saturday September 24.
“The boy was discovered to have suffered severe accidents and was airlifted to hospital, the place he stays critically in poor health. He isn’t native to the world and was visiting Brighton & Hove.
“Ovingdean roundabout was closed while the boy was purchased to security. The roundabout re-opened simply earlier than 10pm.
