The Tiger King star is taking the streaming large to courtroom over footage utilized in Tiger King 2 that she alleges is a breach of contract.
In accordance with Selection, Carole and her Howard filed swimsuit in Florida in opposition to Netflix and manufacturing firm Royal Goode Productions on Monday (Nov. 1).
Within the paperwork, Carole claims that she and Howard solely signed look launch varieties for the primary documentary — not the sequel.
The lawsuit notes that the couple had been stunned to see footage of themselves used within the Tiger King 2 trailer, prompting them to hunt justice.

Carole and Howard are actually demanding Netflix and Royal Goode Productions take away any and all footage of them from Tiger King 2.
