4 youngsters have been charged with manslaughter after the dying of a person in Kent who it’s thought could have fallen from a top.
Police named the sufferer as Dale Simmons, 42, whose physique was present in an space close to Chalk Pit Hill in Chatham, Kent, on Thursday at about 11am.
