Boris Johnson has refused to be drawn on allegations of racism associated to the royal household’s therapy of Meghan Markle.
The prime minister mentioned he had no remark to make on the claims made by the Duchess of Sussex in an interview with US broadcaster Oprah Winfrey.
Labour has referred to as for an inquiry into the claims, and opposition chief Keir Starmer has mentioned they need to be taken “significantly”.
“Maybe the most effective factor I can say is that I’ve all the time had the best admiration for the Queen and the unifying position that she performs in our nation and throughout the Commonwealth,” Mr Johnson mentioned when requested in regards to the claims at a press convention on Monday night.
“As for all the opposite issues to do with the royal household, I’ve spent a very long time no longer commenting on royal household issues and I do not intend to depart from that at present.”
