Dezeen Showroom: designer Preben Dal and Japanese lighting model Yamagiwa have launched a pendant lamp that casts an “enchanting gradation of sunshine”.
HF Sequence was initially designed within the 1960’s by Preben Dal for Danish lighting design firm Hans Folsgaard, who gave it the title Simfoni, and was in manufacturing for ten years earlier than being discontinued.
After 50 years, Yamagiwa has reissued the faceted pendant mild for the modern market.
The shades are made up of elongated diamond formed plates constituted of metal, which overlap to create a harlequin-patterned impact.
“Every side reveals profound enchanting gradation like a curtain of sunshine when it activates,” mentioned the model.
The lamps are available in a two-toned design of gray and white and can be found in three dimension choices to go well with a spread of interiors.
