– 40ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
– 20ml Aperol
– 40ml Grapefruit juice
– Grapefruit wedge and a sprig of basil to garnish
Add the gin, Aperol, and grapefruit juice over massive cubed ice in a spritz glass.
Stir gently mixing the flavors.
Prime up the glass with soda or glowing water to elongate.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit and a sprig of basil.
