Joe Biden on Saturday arrived in Cambodia after delivering remarks on local weather change at COP27 in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt.
Biden kicked off the Affiliation of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit by thanking the prime minister of Colombia.
The summit was hosted by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen.

Biden spoke to reporters as he was departing Egypt on Friday and mentioned he was “heading over to Colombia.”
