Former leisure mogul Gilbert Rozon, founding father of the Only for Laughs competition, has been discovered not responsible on fees of rape and indecent assault.
The accusations in opposition to Rozon stemmed from an evening in 1980 in St-Sauveur, Que., when he was 25 years previous. The wording of the costs was primarily based on what was within the Prison Code on the time.

The complainant, who was 20 on the time, testified that Rozon aggressively tried to have intercourse together with her after an evening out and that she woke as much as discover him on high of her and that he raped her.
Rozon, 66, denied any assault passed off and testified that it was the girl who bought into mattress with him, and he woke as much as her straddling him.
