The New South Wales Impartial Planning Fee has accredited a proposal to development a $113 million, 34-storey build-to-rent tower in Parramatta designed b Rothelowman.
Proposal was submitted to the NSW planning division for evaluation in April 2023. Metropolis of Parramatta objected to the proposal, which led to it being assessed by the Impartial Planning Fee.
The mission dubbed “Novus on Harris” proposes 210 rental flats, retail and industrial areas, and three basement ranges.
A 3-member panel, chaired by architect Wendy Lewin, decided to grant consent to the mission.
