Perth Metropolis Council has authorized a $160-million proposal to revamp a strip of Barrack Avenue in a scheme designed by Hames Sharley.
The Perth Native Improvement Evaluation Panel (LDAP) voted to approve plans to redevelop six heaps masking 3,350 sq. metres alongside Barrack Avenue, between the Murray and Hay road malls.
