The Buyer Council of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in collaboration with the Dubai Neighborhood Growth Authority (CDA), lately convened three dialogue classes inside the District Councils of Al Rashdiya, Umm Suqeim, and Al Khawaneej.
