An area restaurateur is seeking to open not one, however two areas of a brand new idea.
In line with a supply (by way of a Patriot Ledger article), Leo Keka, who runs Alba in Quincy and Hanover, is planning to open Scutari in Hanover, taking up the area on Route 53 the place Flanders Area had been.
