A way of solitude and the finitude of time pervade the quiet, introspective works by Sung Hwa Kim. Rendering overgrown landscapes shrouded by evening, the Korean artist wields the connection between ephemerality and reminiscence, typically invoking nostalgia, as nicely. His acrylic work give attention to fleeting acts like a glowing lightning bug or butterfly hovering above the grass whereas using mild to “symbolize the spirit of issues we as soon as beloved, have misplaced, despair and longing.
