The FBI arrested Ntando Sogoni on Tuesday for “allegedly stabbing a number of folks with medical scissors” onboard a cruise ship.
The 35-year-old was engaged on the ship on Monday when different ship workers seen him making an attempt to deploy a lifeboat.
