Virginia Giuffre has mentioned that the Prince Andrew intercourse assault trial shall be “an opportunity to reveal the reality” after a US choose allowed her case in opposition to the Queen’s son to proceed.
Her first feedback on a federal choose’s resolution to disclaim Andrews movement to dismiss her lawsuit comes after his navy titles and royal patronages had been stripped off by the Queen.
Ms Giuffre addressed the matter in a string of tweets on Thursday evening, saying she was “happy” that the case would transfer to trial.
“I’m happy with Decide Kaplan’s ruling yesterday that enables my case in opposition to Prince Andrew to go ahead. I’m glad I’ll have the prospect to proceed to reveal the reality & I’m deeply grateful to my extraordinary authorized crew,” she wrote on Twitter.
“Their dedication helps me search justice from those that damage me and so many others. My aim has at all times been to indicate that the wealthy and highly effective aren’t above the legislation & have to be held accountable.”

Earlier within the day, Buckingham Palace palace introduced that the Duke of York will now defend the case as a “personal citizen”, whereas it’s believed he’ll stop to be known as His Royal Highness (HRH) in any official capability.
In a press release, the palace mentioned: “With the Queen’s approval and settlement, the Duke of York’s navy affiliations and royal patronages have been returned to the Queen.
“The Duke of York will proceed to not undertake any public duties and is defending this case as a personal citizen.”
Ms Giuffre is suing Andrew, 61, in New York for allegedly sexually assaulting her when she was a teen.
She claims she was trafficked by convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein to have intercourse with Andrew when she was aged 17 and a minor beneath US legislation.
Andrew has strongly denied the entire allegations.
Earlier this week Decide Lewis Kaplan wrote in his resolution: “Ms Giuffre’s criticism is neither ‘unintelligible’ nor ‘obscure’ nor ‘ambiguous.’”
“It alleges discrete incidents of sexual abuse specifically circumstances at three identifiable places. It identifies to whom it attributes that sexual abuse.”
