A girl has died after a deadly highway site visitors collision between a automobile and a van in County Kilkenny on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred at roughly 7.30am on the N10 at Templemartin between the Hebron Highway Roundabout and the M9 motorway.
The lady (40s) was the motive force of the automobile. She was pronounced lifeless on the scene. A feminine passenger within the automobile, in her 50s, was taken to St Luke’s Normal Hospital in Kilkenny with non-life threatening accidents.
The male driver of the van (40s) was additionally taken to hospital with critical accidents.
The highway remained closed on Sunday afternoon, with a technical examination being carried out by Garda forensic collision investigators. Native diversions are in place.
Gardaí are interesting for any witnesses to this collision to return ahead. Any highway customers who could have digicam footage and was travelling on the N10 at Templemartin between the Hebron Highway Roundabout and the M9 motorway between 7am and seven.45am on Sunday morning are requested to make this footage out there to the investigation.
