“Greece, check out historical past. For those who go too far, the value
shall be heavy,” Erdogan advised a protection techniques exhibition within the
Black Sea province of Samsun.
Erdogan was referring to incidents through which Greece not too long ago
focused Turkish jets with its Russian-made S-300 air protection
system.
It was reported final week that Turkish jets on a reconnaissance
mission, flying in worldwide airspace, had been harassed by the
Greek protection system stationed on Crete. Athens rejects the
claims.
“Greece has challenged NATO and its allies by rising its
hostile angle, which began with harassing our airspace and
plane and escalated to the extent of S-300 radar lockdown,”
Erdogan mentioned.
